EatEasier privacy

This policy describes the new EatEasier web kitchen, operated by Code Austral.

We store your email, password hash or sign-in identity, account preferences, kitchen profile, conversations, uploaded files, meal plans, grocery lists, saved recipes and credit/payment records to provide the service. Your kitchen data is scoped to your account. Do not upload information you do not want processed, including unnecessary medical or identity information.

When you request an AI response or scan, the relevant conversation, kitchen context and selected files are processed by Muse through OpenCode Go. Images are generated through our Codex Broker, with FAL available only to accounts with verified paid purchases. Upstream service retention policies apply; EatEasier does not promise zero retention by every processing provider. Review that context before sending sensitive information.

Stripe processes payments and stores card details; EatEasier stores customer, subscription and payment references, not your full card number. Transactional sign-in and support communications use our mail/support services. Authentication cookies are necessary for login. Basic site analytics help understand visits; private chat content is not sent as analytics.

You can edit your kitchen profile and project memory, export kitchen data and project records, remove saved items, and revoke agent connections. Contact support@eateasier.com for account deletion, access or correction requests; payment records may be retained where required. Older iPhone device records remain in the original service until an ownership-verified account link is available.
