Cooked Shrimp Rice Noodles Bento

Preparation

0/5 steps complete

Prepare the base: rice noodles. Warm or sear cooked shrimp until the edges look cooked and appetizing.

Cook or prep snap peas separately so the side keeps its texture.

Spoon chimichurri onto cooked shrimp at the end, using just enough to season the main bite without soaking the grains or vegetables.

Arrange the main, the side, and the fresh or crunchy pieces in separate groups so every bite keeps its texture.

Eat cold or at room temperature. Do not microwave the packed box — grapes, chimichurri and sesame lose texture and flavor. If warming, heat only noodles, shrimp and snap peas, then assemble with the cold components.

Best cold

Mixed box: heat the base, keep the fresh finish cold. Best enjoyed cold. If you want it warm, heat noodles, shrimp and snap peas separately, then add grapes, chimichurri and sesame cold.
