Overview of EatEasier and PlateJoy: Planning After PlateJoy’s Closure: Start from the meals you still use, Rebuild the list with current amounts, What the current EatEasier offer includes

PlateJoy's official support page says the service ended on July 1, 2025. That changes the comparison: a historical PlateJoy subscription price is not a current alternative to buy. Use this page to move a workable planning routine forward without assuming an old recommendation is still available.

Start from the meals you still use

Choose three saved meals you liked, then check whether their ingredients, portions and methods remain practical. An old plan may name products you no longer buy or use vague household amounts. Keep those uncertainties visible rather than copying a menu into a new tool as if it were verified.

Use the current recipe catalog when a stated replacement is easier. The planner can organize the new week, but it does not connect to a retired PlateJoy account or retrieve data from it.

An old meal name needs current ingredient, portion and storage checks before becoming a new list

Rebuild the list with current amounts

Compare the recipes with your cupboard and the portions you need. Add only the actual quantities and identify any purchased sauce or mix that affects allergens and nutrition estimates. A recipe title is not a grocery list, and a historic meal plan does not establish today's prices.

Questions about moving forward

Is PlateJoy still a live subscription option?

The official support notice says it ended July 1, 2025. Check that notice rather than an older comparison's price.

Can EatEasier import my old account?

No automatic account import is promised. Rebuild from records you actually retain.

Should I buy a plan before trying the workspace?

Start with a small real planning task and inspect the current options. A separate book may be useful when a reusable cooking guide is the actual need.

What the current EatEasier offer includes

EatEasier's current kitchen workspace lets you browse recipes, organize a manual week and manage grocery quantities. A verified account can try three assistant messages and one generated document per 24 hours. Saving and private household work use the current account flow; a public recipe page is not a shared family account.

Paid USD monthly plans are Everyday at US$5 for 40 credits, Household at US$12 for 140 credits, and Kitchen Pro at US$25 for 400 credits. Credit packs are US$3 for 20 or US$10 for 100. An assistant reply or generated document uses one credit; scanning has a separate cost shown in the workspace. Check current pricing before choosing a plan.

For a reusable cooking resource, the six books are separate US$9 one-time purchases, each with a free three-page sample. A book purchase and an assistant subscription solve different needs. The planner does not include grocery delivery, a guaranteed medical diet or automatic family coediting.

Try one useful task

Open the planner and choose three dinners you can prepare next week. Check the actual recipe amounts, fridge access and leftover schedule, then inspect the grocery list. Record what helped and what still required work; that is a practical test of fit rather than a promised time-saving benchmark.

The recipe catalog provides stated ingredients and estimates. The macro calculator explains arithmetic without certifying a clinical target. If you need a different service, use its official offer and terms to check that need before paying.
